Our firm represents a diverse set of clients throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.  We have the experience and knowledge to handle your concerns through bankruptcy or other means.

We offer the personal service that you will not get from the large "bankruptcy mills".  You will always be able to call us and speak to an attorney (not just a receptionist or legal secretary).   We have an open door policy and are never too busy to answer your calls or sit down in person to discuss any situation that arises.   Our goal is to answer your emails promptly and in most situations we are able to reply to your emails on weekends also.    
 
We will never pressure you to file bankruptcy.  In many cases, there may exist an alternative to bankruptcy which will be better for our clients in the long run.  If bankruptcy is the best solution, we will help you consider the full range of options including Chapter 7 or Chapter 13.
